Duncan is special to us as the first cria born to our farm. His Scottish name means "chief warrior" and he has been very "macho" right from the start. His lineage draws from well-known Peruvian and Bolivian lines. His mama, Kupcake, was the CABA 2000 Reserve Color Champion and hails from parents bred at the Hacienda Acero Marka. And of course, his grandsire, Caligula, is about as famous a stud as you can find!

Like his mom, Duncan’s dark fawn fleece is very dense, bright, and consistently crimpy from base to tip. Conformationally, Duncan is a compact stud, weighing in at about 150 lbs. and standing under 35 inches at the shoulder, which makes his shearing weights all the more impressive. His total shear weights for the past several years have been nearly 12 lbs.!
